Home-made templates for large circles

I wanted a large circular template to highlight some of the floral fabrics on my vintage sheet quilt so I tried a blank cd and a warm iron+spray starch and voila~
I haven't decided if I am placing them randomly or in a swoop or in a garden type setting~ I thought I could also use some colorful ric~rac as stems amd quilt them like big flowers...hmmmmm...
